Syllabus

The curriculum or syllabus is focused in the four linguistic development, the speaking (pronunciation), the listening (pronunciation), the reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary. The annual syllabus is achievements according the European Common framework basic standards having into account be apply in their daily life, the students age, the learning difficult degree,  keeping the logical sequences in the topics based on the regional context too.

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Express daily activities using the frequency adverbs

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

- Increase the four linguistic skills development to improve the communicative competence
which fulfill the basic standars

- Create respect for the native language and other countries culture by means of comparaisons without reject the native one

- Motivate students to the English learning through a variety of communicative skills.

- Identify strategies, techniques, that ease the learning.

- Achieve the proposed objectives

WHAT ARE THE FREQUENCY ADVERBS ?

They are words that express the frequency with which we realize the daily activities or routine and they are:

- always                                         = siempre

- sometimes                                    = algunas veces

 - oftenly                                        = frecuentemente

- usually                                         = usualmente                  

- never                                           = nunca

- rarely                                           = raramente

NOTE: En español ly es la terminación mente and van siempre antes de verbos diferentes a be y con este irán después, observa:

EVALUATION SYSTEM

According the MEN layouts the methodology to evaluate the educational process of each student is qualitative, by means of achievements proposed in each unit, being understood they enhance the cognoscitive aspect, that is to say how the students acquire the knowledge (how students interpret the grammar structures), the psychomotor aspect (how students develop skills with no frustrations and conflicts) and the affective aspect (how the students give importance the learning in their life, routine or daily activities).  
Also the evaluation is based on listening, speaking, writing and reading (SABER tests) skills development, the vocabulary learning, grammar. Evaluation must be permanent, pertinent, integral, human, scientific so that can be collected a valid and trustful information to adjust the learning and teaching processes. Classes must be active, dynamic, including games, songs and real material like surveys, polls, cardboards, jobs in pairs, groups, roleplaying, interviews, maps, sketches, news, and so forth.

The language teacher is worried about the student is the center of the learning and learning is more important than teaching. Setting up a rapport between students and teachers must be a teacher’s constant for the language be used freely.
