THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
According to the 1994, 115 law and the decree 1860 the
english teaching is important in the PEI at the I.E. Carlos Ramón Repiso.
Therefore, it must be done and put into action a syllabus directed the English
teaching foundation related to the communicative competence development skills,
focused in issues like sexual education, democracy, leisure time use,
environment concerning, human rights, crossed subjects, health mental
prevention that get easy the English teaching
